Football season is here. All should rejoice. Life is good. Things are right in the world. No longer do I have to entertain myself watching some half ass baseball franchise. Yes, football is here. I feel as though my life is complete.

No my friend . . . actually your life will only start to be complete in a couple of weeks.
The good news is that your life will start to be complete very shortly, in a way that is probably unimaginable right now.
The bad news, with 2-3 hours sleep per night, the blog entries will decrease in quantity and quality!
Then again the good news - it is much more satisfying (believe it or not) to see your child make their first poop, than seeing the Beagles win (or lose).
As I recall I think you also gave up on the Phillies last year and they were leading the Wild Card with one week to play. I believe I witnessed you at the stadium last August cheering at a game vs. the Mets.
