Big Day Saturday

This past Saturday was a big day in the D'Angelis household. First, I broke 100 for the first time in my golfing life at Riverwinds as a shot a mostly legit 95. Second, my Rutgers tickets came in. I will no longer have to worry about missing moments like above.

Life is good.

whoa, whoa.....hold the boat! Granted, I was only sober about 2-3 hours this entire weekend but a legit 95?.....Damn, does that mean if you didn't count those second shots off the tee and penalties for lost balls that you could have shot like, an 85?....damn, i guess i was drunk...

I just looked at my score card again...I had a 90, but then rolled in 5 strokes....there you have it...95....I could add in 4 more and still be under 100. Any way you slice it (no pun intended), it was a good day.

Are you one of "those guys" who doesn't count penalty strokes for lost balls, balls that are OB, balls that are found but unplayable, etc? Those are also the type of guys that take mulligans and ignore the first ball that dribbled off the tee. There are millions of those types of players out there. Some of them don't actually know the rules and some of them do know the rules but choose to ignore them. Don't become one of "those guys"!
