As discussed last week, the men's team of my alma mater is flat out brutal, but Hoops at Rutgers is not a total loss. Congrats to the RU Lady Scarlet Knights as they are on their way to the Final Four of the NCAA Ladies Final Four after trouncing Arizona State in the Greensboro Regional Final!
In a related note, I have a new found respect for women's athletics as "The Wife" and I learned yesterday that we will be having a baby girl some time this August.

What . . . now that your going to have a girl (congrats by the way), are you going to fill your blog with Women's sports stories? BTW the only thing less interesting than the Women's basketball is tennis, swimming and Nascar (in that order). Kindly refrain from mentioning such meaningless pursuits (note I did not say sports) from your Blog.

First off congrats again.....being a father of two little girls I feel comfortable saying that women's sports stories stink....no one cares except women....as far as im concerned this is your mulligan....dont let this happen again.....i repeat, women's sports stories stink.....
