I’m going to lay out the fortunes of the Phils and Dodgers this weekend so I can save you all time and heartache.
Tonight, the Phils will crush the Marlins and the Dodgers will finally lose a game. This will bring the Phils back to within a game of the Dodgers and provide the whole Delaware Valley with false hope.
Tomorrow, both the Phils and Dodgers will win, which will keep us on the edge of our seats for Sunday.
Sunday, the Phils play a tough, gritty game against the D Train, but Cholly will make a dumb decision which backfires in his face and we lose. To make matters worse, the Dodgers will lose also, which will lead to an entire winter of “What Ifs” and a lynch mob heading down to CBP looking for Cholly’s head on a platter.
Yes, these are the things I think about.
